A separate pub from the Farmer's Arms on Irish Damside, which stood elsewhere in the city -- and one that ran a cowshed alongside the bar. In local directories from 1855 to 1902 or 1903, also known as the Three Jolly Farmers. " A 1902 photograph survives, with Robert Lockerbie named as tenant.
