One of the newest venues on this site, and a shop rather than a pub before it.
The ground floor was a retail unit — an AGA showroom and estate agents — until it was converted to a bar in 2025. Planning permission came through on 19 August 2025, by which point the bar had already opened. The company was incorporated that June. The upper floors are still the vintage shop Warwick Bazaar.
It sits on the corner of Lowther Street and Warwick Road, which puts it in the newer cluster with Stanleys and Bocata rather than among the heritage pubs. Cocktails, live music and a late licence.
