- In Botcherby. The exact spot isn't known, so the pin marks the area, not the building.
An old established beer shop in Botcherby, trading from 1828 as the Sun and renamed the Plough in 1854; it was advertised to let under its earlier name in April 1854, and is in the directories as the Plough Inn from 1869 to 1873. William Moffat, described as 'of Star Inn', meaning the Star, organised pigeon shooting here in October 1866. Mrs Elsworth had it up for sale in March 1873.
