A small house at Burnrigg, near Warwick Bridge, where the Board took only the lease, in August 1916. It then found it could not easily get rid of the pub: in 1919 it was still struggling to close it against the resistance of the previous tenant. The building is Croft Farm now. In July 1916 the Cumberland News listed it as the Bay Horse, Burnriggs.
