A short-lived 1980s pub on the corner of Castleway and West Tower Street, close under the castle walls. The Cumberland News carried an advertising feature marking its opening on 7 November 1986, and the Evening News and Star was already reporting it up for sale on 26 January 1987. It closed at the end of that month, three months after it opened, and the building became the Bari, an Indian restaurant.
